About the role
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, audience engagement, and business growth. This role focuses on implementing marketing strategies, creating content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and content platforms - Develop marketing strategies to support lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth - Coordinate closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives Content, Email & Social Media Management - Plan, create, and manage content across email and social media platforms Ensure content is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with marketing goals - Oversee scheduling and publishing to maintain a reliable and professional online presence - Manage and grow company and executive social media accounts - Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance Website & Design Management - Manage and optimize the company website, including content updates, SEO, performance, and conversions - Create or oversee graphic design for social media, ads, website, and branding materials - Use AI tools and marketing automation to support content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization Performance Tracking & Analytics - Track campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards - Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and scale successful initiatives - Apply best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve results - Aligned with EST or PST business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - Schedule may vary based on client needs and operational requirements Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Lead generation and conversion growth - Engagement and reach across email and social media channels - Website traffic, user engagement, and conversion performance - Timely delivery of marketing campaigns and content - Consistent execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing - Proven experience managing websites - Experience handling social media accounts for businesses or executives - Experience leading or managing a marketing team is a strong advantage
