Property Management Specialist

Property Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, including tenant coordination, lease administration, and maintenance management. This role requires strong Buildium experience and a structured, detail-focused approach to ensure smooth and efficient property workflows with minimal supervision.

- Oversee day-to-day property operations across assigned portfolios - Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests with clear and timely communication - Process rent payments, monitor balances, and follow up on delinquencies - Maintain accurate lease records, contracts, and property documentation - Coordinate maintenance requests and manage vendor schedules - Track and close out work orders efficiently - Manage tenant onboarding and move-in/move-out processes - Utilize Buildium to manage leases, payments, and property data - Generate reports on occupancy, collections, and maintenance status - Work closely with internal teams to keep operations aligned and organized

- 1–3 years of experience in property management or real estate operations - Proven hands-on experience with Buildium - Strong understanding of leasing, tenant coordination, and maintenance workflows - Clear and professional communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits - Able to manage multiple tasks and properties with consistency - Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision - Keller Williams experience is plus but not required - Aligned with EST or PST business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - Schedule may vary based on client needs and operational requirements
